Networking, Exhibition, and Conference

In addition to a number of exclusive networking dinners and drinks held in some of Kenya’s most beautiful entertainment hotspots, SiGMA will host its first Africa Gaming Awards on the 24th. The gala evening seeks to spotlight remarkable individuals who have demonstrated real innovation by significantly impacting the future of Africa’s nascent gaming industry.

Accolades aside, we’re also holding a charitable auction as part of the SiGMA Foundation’s mission to support those in need, and provide education and skills that empower change.

An expert-led conference will address all the latest developments in Kenya’s gaming, emerging tech, and affiliation sectors, as well as exploring the evolution of other emerging African markets on the 25th and 26th, while a carefully curated expo floor will showcase top products and demos, feature gaming areas and competitions, and display some really creative booth designs – bringing attendees the best B2B networking experience.

Up to 20 delegates will also get the opportunity to join the Squad, not just for our inaugural summit, but for a once in a lifetime 2-day Kenyan safari, where they’ll explore a slice of Kenya’s rich natural beauty.

SiGMA Africa: Conference, culture, charity

As part of our promise to make good on our commitment to bring more than just good business to the locations we operate in, we’re making sure our first stop for 2023 takes the time to spotlight projects at the heart of our charitable Foundation’s global mission.

We head to Ethiopia on the 21st, from where we’ll fly to Jimma for the inauguration of SiGMA Foundation’s latest charitable project in Bonga; a kindergarten, primary and secondary school complex that is being built to accommodate up to 700 students.

The SiGMA Foundation School has been built off the back of a number of generous donors, such as Ruby Foundation, and charitable fundraisers held by the Foundation over the past few years – including the Browns’ Camino de Santiago pilgrimage – a hiking program through rural northern Spain which brings together groups of people for the trek of a lifetime. We’ll then head out for a visit to some of the SiGMA Foundation’s most successful past projects.
